Over 10 years we have developed and refined an integrated event management system, which is built around expectation management, documentation and deadlines.

When Sero produces your event, an event producer manages the entire planning process. Event documentation is continuously updated for signoff and can include the following:

  • Critical path
  • Event Run sheets
  • CAD floor plans
  • Budget
  • Menus
  • Beverage lists
  • Talent briefs

The information is stored in "job bags" on a centralised server, that can be accessed anywhere in the world. Ensuring real time information flow is available for the entire event production team.
